First comment! I can't eat real cheese, because of lactose intolerance. I use shredded vegan cheese. This looks amazing! I would change the pasta or try using rice. I would also use frozen peas and carrots instead of broccoli. I would also use lactose free milk in place of heavy cream.

Velveeta is my favorite!!! Decades ago in the 70's, when everyone went organic about Every food, ... they'd say that Velveeta was a "processed" food.
Velveeta is a Blend of different kinds of cheeses. That's all. I always ate healthy. Today I'm 70. I don't buy it every day, but now & then, I buy the Velveeta Mac n cheese, on a busy day & I'm really Hungry! But I remember as a little kid, my aunt would make homemade Mac n cheese for us kids... & She got the huge Velveeta cheese in the box ! (which costs an arm & a leg these days!).
But I remember her slicing that cheese with a cheese slicer.
me & my cousin would try to sneak a piece of cheese, while she sliced it !!! She'd tell us to go out and play. Supper would be ready soon !!! Anyway, Velveeta cheese melts the Best!!!

I like the cracker barrel, Cabot cheese too. I like those on crackers. I get other shredded cheeses, too ; to put in an omelette. 🧡💛🧡💛🧡💛🍁🍁🍁👍

Sargento and Tillamook are they only cheeses that are real cheese without a lot of additives and preservatives like the cheap stuff

I love one dish wonders. I cooked for 45 years and now I hate cooking. My hubby and I just try to find good healthy ingredients, or not and see how few dishes and kettle's we use. We are Velveeta fans for mostly omelets but some goes in the Mac and cheese. Love you guys.
