For chisquared critical value when it is less than P=0.05 isn't the results significant?

5:43 Sir you mentioned that degree of free dom is number of categories -2 right but why does equation say N1+N2 shouldn’t be 9+9 =18 then - 2 because you need number of categroes for each ph?
