Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for making these videos, they are helping me prepare for an interview that I have tomorrow to be district manager of a chain of coffee houses here in Manhattan. Specific tips pertaining to this field would be very helpful as I have no idea what I've just got myself into as I have no experience as a district manager have certainly wound up with the job (got through a friend) and helplessly clueless. I need to make this work, must learn all that I can in an extremely short amount of time, any tips on faking it until I make it truly would be amazing too.

I wanted to ask you at Amazon you are managing about 70-80 people, How do you manage so many people as an area manager? How are you communicating to all of them? How do you find time train them? And also how do you speak to all of them before/during and after shift?
