EDIT: Mistake in today’s vid: in the Barrow-Dyad section, I mentioned that other strand weapons would work better, including Osteo Striga. I mistakenly remembered that weapon as being Strand, I was actually thinking of Quicksilver (not an SMG) being strand. Point still stands though that other Strand weapons will pair better with Artifact perks & outperform Barrow-Dyad in its current state, until it evolves.

I am 1 minute into this and am in love with the finality auger having crosshairs shaped like a shreiker

Fun thing with Lodestar is you can activate/deactivate the special fire mode on demand so you can activate, sweep a hipfire beam across a load of enemies to jolt them, then switch back to normal fire mode and go ADS to do bonus damage in the slower firing mode and proc the blinding explosions from the enemies you just jolted - switching to special fire mode also refills the mag so if you get used to doing the mode switching properly you cut down on the reload time significantly

I see Finality's Augur being an amazing alternative to Anarchy/Witherhoard as a swap-off weapon on mid length boss-burn phase, especially with the new DARCI change. Having 5 Augur users open with a turret and swap to a good legendary sniper while the other runs DARCI sounds like it'd be nutty.

I love Lodestar, it has been my primary of choice on arc Warlock with Geomag and Ionic Sentry. I did the new dungeon with it, the nether on expert too, the build is even stronger with teammates creating orbs of power, you get Chaos Reach back so fast it's the most fun i've ever had playing on Arc

Honestly, given how much constant fire has to be put down in order to get the taken missiles, Barrow will need to hit harder than Striga or Malfeasance to be viable. Both just work because you’re firing the gun. No extra steps needed.

Lodestar is my GOAT. It's so good on Arc Warlock. I use to main Coldheart with Spark of Beacons for blinding, but Lodestar does that with infinite ammo and regardless of fragment choice. Goated.

Second ever primary trace rifle. First was Coldheart in year 1, before trace rifles all got turned into special weapons with Forsaken. It’s why they all feel like primary weapons- because they are. Or were.

3:00 huge mistake in undertsanding how bolt charge works. It's not the titan barricade that makes you gain more stacks from weapon damage, the titan barricade just passively generates some while you're behind it, and the aspect makes it possible to discharge those stacks with weapon damage.

if you have 1 stack of bolt charge, dealing damage in general to anything will get you more stacks. It uses a counter system similar to how attrition orbs works, where the amount of hits you need to get a stack scales based on the magazine size of the weapon you're using, it's why psychopomp with rolling storm is so good at genereating stacks.

Regarding The Dyad, it states that hitting 3 separate targets it fills in the seeker meter faster, after test it fills half of the meter. This will be pearing with one for all perfectly. Personally I find the weapon at it current state to be fun. Just need to get used to it. Yes ofc Arc builds are above it but still very decent.

Finality's Augur seems like one of those meme weapons that Bungie releases every once in awhile. It's not overly powerful, but just exists.

Barrowed Dyad is okay so far, it's good to have another decent strand primary besides quicksilver or wish keeper if you like bow (guilty) but it is very very weird to use. I'm used to reconstruction but only when it's in holster not while I'm using the gun so it's difficult to not press reload.

Feels like I'm playing Gaige before getting discord unlocked, a borderlands reference for those who never played. Also for the exotic mission be warned as the final boss likes to glitch a bit, I had to do the boss 3x because the taken knight wouldn't jump down after killing the first knight so had to eat a rocket launcher shot if you know what I mean

I’m going through the Final Shape campaign with my Hunter because apparently I forgot to do that. Lodestar is fun to use paired with a fusion and linear fusion! 😁
