This was very educational for me as a Christ believer. I have never really understood Elijah. The tradition of Elijah coming to the door is a sweet tradition. It is interesting that the non-saved (through faith in Jesus) Jewish put such an emphasise on Elijah especially when he was the harsh one compared to Jesus being so the opposite with us. Also interesting that Elijah is supposed to "bear witness" at the Jewish circumsicians and such that they are "keeping the Torah" when the Jewish people do not offer sacrifices for their sins anymore and I am guessing do not follow all the laws that Jesus fufilled. So who/what covers them now? If the Non-saved Jews only knew Jesus they would feel so sorry they put so much into loving Elijah when he is in Heaven with Jesus who sits at God's right hand so we can ALL rest in our sins being covered by the only lamb sacrifice who was worthy and died once for all! 💖👑🙌🕊 Halle-lu-Jah! God bless Israel, His first Loves, His first Children, who have turned away from The Salvation He longs to give you. Talk about a stiff necked and stubborn people! Two thousand years! How much longer will you dig in your heals and refuse to believe. Ask and the answer will be given to you, seek and you will be finding the treasure of Salvation, Grace, and the Love of Abba so sweet!

That's crazy-good interesting. It always strikes me as to "why a certain thing is in the bible". Why was this story of Elijah reviving this boy in the bible? Of course, its miraculous... but why is it there? We later read that a man was thrown in the grave with Elisha's bones, who had adopted a double-portion of Elija's spirit and that man revived! I hope this word reaches you from across the globe- that there are people seeking to know what you know... and I'm thankful that you're filling in these cracks of knowledge!
