Jell-O Sky Parfaits

A fun way to serve up plain and boring Jello! Layers of Berry Blue Jello and Cool-Whip made to look like clouds in the sky. Couldn't be easier!

What you'll need:
2 (3oz) pkgs Berry Blue Jello
1-2 cups Cool-Whip whipped topping*, thawed

Make up the Jello according to package directions. Let set up completely in the refrigerator. When firm, scrape and break up the Jello with a fork into small pieces. In clear glass or plastic containers, layer spoonfuls of the Jello with dollops of Cool-Whip alternating side to side. Makes 4-5 (8oz) parfaits. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!

*you can also use whipped cream in place of the whipped topping.

Cool Whip is a non-dairy version of whipped cream. It's purely American and is hydrogenated oils with stabilizers and maybe some whey in it. Kind of gross when you think about it but it's cheap and most people here don't want to whip up whipped cream because it's expensive and takes time. I prefer whipped cream but realize most people won't want to make it up just for this which is why I used Cool Whip.

What is cool whip made of? We sell heavy/full cream that you have to whip up.. is that what it is? (We don't have cool whip sold here, that's why I ask lol)
