Hi John. I was so sad to read in my Horse Trust newsletter that Longbow one of the Household Cavalry retiree horses of 2024 sadly passed away as has Shamrock another H Cav retiree . I thank them both for their service. Now they are in equine heaven with all the other Househokd Cavalry horses who gained their angel wings. Sleep inpeace Longbow and Shamrock. xx

4:18 There is a Horse Memorial in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, that commemorates the 300, 000 horses that died during the conflict, Freddy's remains are in England. RIP to all the fallen Equine Soldiers that died❤🐴

Such a great decision for women, but it should never have got to this. Common sense at last has prevailed. We shouldn’t have had a court case to define what a woman is.

My Grandfather, Turner Warner Burt was a Captain Imperial Navy. Fought in the Boer War; I also have his medal of that war. He died 18/7/1919 at Harawa Taranaki New Zealand. I never met him because my father was only 14 when he passed away. Hello John! Thank you for showing the beautiful architecture of London. So amazing ❤ The guard change yesterday was much the same. However, NONE of the police or the orderly told anyone to get behind the bollards. The horses had to walk right through the middle of the “squish” of people. The painted area that the horses traverse over every hour is bound to wear down first. The guards were really on it today. So refreshing! Thanks for bringing such a wonderful video EVERY time.

I absolutely love watching the first two guards both are so much on the job keeping all the people out of the horses space and then the second two guards came out and were just as sharp as the first ones. I really enjoyed this video thanks John.
