I haven't used shampoo, conditioner or any hair products in 10 months. Once a week I use a tbsp of baking soda in a glass of water to wash, & then I use a tbsp of A.C.V. in a glass of water. Other than that, I just use water. It took my hair a couple of months to adjust, but it's healthier now than it has ever been.

I have never been able to manage my curly hair. It's always plicky platt on day one and shaboom on day two 😂 This has inspired me to do better.

I have natural curly hair. I wash it daily. If I don't go anywhere on the weekend, I won't wash my hair. I do use shampoo and conditioner. Only comb or brush it while it is wet and I dont have issues with knots while it is wet. And then I use mouse.

TOTALLY understand the curly hair struggle...I wash mine once a week...but condition 2-3 times.
