De Blasio Unveils 'Safe Summer NYC' Plan To End Gun Violence

With shootings in New York City continuing to skyrocket, Mayor Bill de Blasio has unveiled a new plan to stop gun violence. It focuses on putting more cops in high crime areas and convincing gang members to trade in violent behavior for jobs and sports; CBS2 political reporter Marcia Kramer has the story.
