I think it's a fun board but not necessarry the best option for everyone.

Great video – thanks! I have a slight curiosity in bracket boards, as I have a Pantheon Trip and really love it, but wonder what people like in bracket boards. Possibly a dumb question, but... would you take this down a hill? I don't really slide, but I love carving and scrubbing down a hill, and the Trip is great for that. Wondering if a bracket board might allow that kind of riding (plus LDP) in a more portable package.

I wouldn’t say this board is for beginners. It may be really easy to ride because you can roll over everything, but I think it’s really for people who want long distance, or fast commutes. I would never take this board downhill because of the small deck size. I consider loaded boards for people who want to spend more. In some cases you spend around the same amount upgrading wheels, trucks, and bearings, on some boards.

"I'm not sure how durable they are."

I know how durable they are. I had to bail on my board on an incline and lost it as it went down the hill about 40ft from where I stood. The nose of the bracket smacked the concrete curb at just the right angle and velocity to cause the Zee to completely disintegrate...as in there was only a few shards and the bit that the trucks (Bear Gen 6) were attached to. It's as if the other half of the bracket just turned to dust.

Fortunately, Loaded replaced my bracket with a fresh set and soon I was back on the road (avoiding curbs like the plague). It was probably a complete fluke, and most likely due to the Bear Gen 6 base plates not protecting the Zee brackets the way the Paris trucks do with that curvy bit that protrudes from the base plate. YMMV.

This board is for loaded. It's a way to showcase the brackets so people get what they are for. It worked on me. I'm not gonna spend 150 bucks or whatever on that deck but 60 for the brackets makes my old unused decks have new exciting potential. We'll played Loaded, well plsyed.
