Storytelling in Qlik is very powerful, expecially with the fact that each slide is pre-filtered in the way you want (so for example you can have the same sheet in several slides, each time with a different filter - e.g. sales EMEA, sales France, sales Germany, etc.., which makes it perfect for monthly business reviews - the whole presentation comes done with one click, you just need to add comments here and there as needed

Thanks for a great presentation. I appreciate hearing from three experts who each have experience in multiple tools. I think your scoring system is rather simplistic thought. A better one might be to pick say 10 use cases and score how well each tool fulfils the requirements of each case. That would also help to highlight which tool is better suited to which scenario. Cheers!

Interesting, but a little difficult when only one had used Qlik and all had used Tableau and PowerBI - Think you need to do another one with some use cases as per Barnaby's idea! Or even better, get one use case and each try with each tool! Now that would be awesome!!

Don't think Power Bi should be discounted because it's easy..with Dax you can easily escalate to complex analysis and higher level of Dax requires plenty of practice

thanks for the discussion! I'm planning to perform something like hackathon for different bi systems including also Russian vendors to have some fun in "fast-solving" real world cases and to help potential customers to mace their own choice
