This past Friday, a close friend finished her race, gained her promised crown, and has now been healed of cancer by the ultimate physician and is with our Lord and Savior. Those of us on this side, especially her husband of almost 60 years and their extended family, adjust to her not being here physically. I felt the need for a capella praise & worship this morning. You gentlemen have blessed my morning. Prayers for all that you do. Amazing! Thank you!

Edit: As I watch you all, I believe you must have been music teachers and choir directors. I am almost 72 and taught voice lessons, music classes and directed all aged choirs thru the years.

I came home today from my last cancer battle surgery (I’m healed) and found this accidentally. My father died from cancer almost 8 years ago and this was his favorite hymn. Really hit me hard, guys. Thanks for this…it’s amazing.

My dad and I would be in the basement, he doing some woodworking and I would be roller skating. On the old record player, Tennessee Ernie Ford would be gracing us with this song with dad and I as accompaniment. Fabulous memories ❤️.
