I love spreadsheets so if you can please share that for my training sheets would be great :P
But nice work, If I didn't have a Garmin with Pace Pro I would defintly use this.
Would be cool for Coach parry to share how some of the tech on our watches works though for those who don't know or don't know what's out there. Can be an invaluable tool for teaching pacing during training too.
