I just got my Edge 42 yesterday and I have already completed two yards, mine and my daughter's. I ordered a mulching kit when I bought the mower, but I have no idea how long it will take to receive it. I had originally thought I would take the mower back to the dealer and have the kit installed, but after watching this video, I decided it will be a piece of cake. Can y’all tell us what size sockets you used for your processes? I can’t for the love of me find any information on it. I know it’s bigger than a 22mm cause that’s the biggest I have. I have to go out and buy the right size so it’d be nice to add that in your videos! If you see this soon can you tell me what size it is? haha

When reinstalling the new blades the belt assembly on the top of the deck keeps rotating so that I can’t get the nut tight. Should this be happening?

You are installing on a 52" deck. What about the spacer? My instructions say you don't remove the shoot hardware, only the shoot with the sliding pin and the spacer attaches to the rear bolt on the shoot. I have my spacer mounted as the instructions say. What is it for?

What's the bolt sizes of the blades, I can't find it anywhere

I have a question. Why is it that Gravely/Ariens mulch kits do not totally isolate each blade chamber like other manufacturers. They're still pushing grass toward the side discharge making that final blade work harder.

Those style blades are not the ones that come with the kit. So after installing this kit, toss the ones you get out. They won’t work. Get some Gator blades.

After installation, I noticed that there is virtually no suction to pull the blades of grass up do be cut leaving me disappointed to say the least, so I took it off and used the side discharge, but I want to keep grass out of the beds and prevent thatch by mulching. Also need to be able to stripe the lawn nicely. I saw a video where a guy had to install an extra pulley on the deck as a fix but I haven't seen any info anywhere else about this "fix". Is this something that has come up after the 2019 model was released? I bought my ikonx 52 last fall.
