Learning Public Health by Doing: Patient Experience at a Physician's Clinic

Olivia interned with the University of Iowa Physician's Clinic to improve patient outcomes and experiences. Her interest is in healthcare administration and she is pursuing a Master of Health Administration, and she hopes to someday work in a clinic setting where she can help people who may not otherwise have access to healthcare.
