Not only did it seal European glory, it was the finishing touch to an historic Treble season.

Pep Guardiola's side went into the game having already overcome the challenge of Arsenal to lift a third straight Premier League and defeated city rivals Manchester United in the first ever all-Manchester FA Cup final.

After sealing a Treble that Blues the world over will never forget, the players celebrated long into the night in Istanbul and throughout the weekend into Monday's parade through Manchester.
