Messages in Bottles - Interlude 01

This is a short film I filmed with my children whilst on holiday.
I had edited most of the footage whilst away, but then had laptop issues and lost most of my work.
So here is my second attempt, some three months later.
Unfortunately the evening previous to the shoot was amazing and the sunset was spectacular, however when it came to the actual shooting day it was not as good.
Also working to sunsets is very hard work and you have to be really quick at what you do.

Equipment used:
Panasonic Lumix G7 Camera.
Rode Video Micro Compact Mic.
Manfrotto compact light tripod.
Edited on Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018.

Nice video. Loved the narrated history, quite fascinating. Working with sunset + kids. Brave! You’ve renewed my childhood interest in messages in bottles... such fascinating journeys they take. Sadly so many tragic ones.

Not messages in bottles but I remember how poignant some of the wartime letters to loved ones were in an old RAF station in England was and also in the military museum in Malta.in Valletta. My OH, Fliss, and I were very moved. love and peace to all
