I've been listening to dua Lipa a lot recently and focusing on her bass. It sounds so good and translates well between large and small speakers. On the smaller speakers you can clearly hear the bass in the low mids but when you go to larger speakers a lot of sub frequencies are revealed, yet they don't overpower the small speakers or take away from anything. Really well mixed/mastered album

I saw this exact curve in the ocean eyes demo on the sine bass, was wondering about it. I’m sure the sine wave also helped keep it extremely clean even when pushed hard.

You forgot to add for another (option No.2) effect raise also for the same amout the lower frequency that is one time the chosen frequency lower or higher if it's enough low. For example. Raising 100 Hz for 2db, also raise 200 Hz for 2 db, middle bell shaped. It workes on low energy material nicely.

If you wanna get even bigger bass do a side chain situation with an EQ 😉

Guilty. Saturation, compression doesn't fix it, give this a shot. I will add that if you are using a preset in your synth, try and fix it in the synth before you start adding more fx. 🎉
