Cody I'm glad to see that you're uploading daily the only reason that you weren't my favorite YouTuber was because you uploaded weekly but now that you're uploading daily you're by far my favourite. Keep up the good work!

It looked super neat the first time, it's something I'll watch again a few times now that you've explained it. Thanks much!

Thx a lot for this video, I was looking for an explanation as to why gold glows right before it solidifies but I hadn't thought of supercooling so I couldn't find anything online. Glad to hear the explanation!

Really cool phenomenon, quite impressive that the change from liquid to solid releases that kind of energy, I guess gold being a really good conductor helps ?

There is an instrument used to measure water in milk. A milk cryoscope.
It has a semiconductor based peltier cooler cooling a Glycol bath.
Milk is placed in a small test tube and lowered into the bath. A temperature sensor is lowered into the sample and also a rigid wire.
A pulse of movement is induced in the rigid wire (something hits it) The sample then releases a tiny amount of heat.
The amount of water in the milk can be determined by the heat released.
