Bacteria has been found within the tonnes of sewage dumped into the River Thames and scientists have found that it could be resistant to antibiotics.

The scientists at the University of Warwick are concerned that if any of them become very resistant, then it will form like a new disease.

Thames Water have said that more needs to be done to manage possible antibiotic resistance in our water across London.
