[Subtitles Available-日本語字幕あり] Ep 12. Day 02 of my first surf trip to south of Shizuoka. We went to check out 3 different spots today. The first was Kashima which I’ve been to before but because of the typhoon the swells were fantastic. Second spot that’s not in the blog is katahama which also had the best surf out of all 3 spots. The last spot was in Shizunami surf point, was fun but considering it’s a place where people go to the beach I’m pretty sure the surf is not usually not this big.

Do you know if it is worth doing a surf trip to kochi prefecture? And if it is, where are the best places to stay and surf? (i heard that the river mouths are sick down there) And nice video by the way i will check this spot out when i am in japan for my student exchange year!

super nice waves!! im coming to japan around september or october, im looking forward to surf on this spot, are there any long boarders playing on thi spot? are there board rentals?
