This is another one of the outtakes from shows done over 2 days in Las Vegas at the International Hotel on May 22 and 23rd, 1970. This outtake and the others were released in 1986 on a collection called, "Jerry Lee Lewis The Killer 1969-72" on Bear Records. This song was written in 1957 by Don Gibson and produced by Chet Atkins. Don Gibson then released it in 1958 and it was a huge hit for him.

GOD
This man is so BLOODY BRILLIANT!!!
More so if you saw him live.
Had the pleasure to do that in the 60's in Melbourne, Australia & he was pure dynamite.
From a 72yo Aussie fan.

I like this version the best because not from studio, his voice is not screaming, super...OK, it was 4 years ago you posted, I am listening today :)

Two uniquely
different showman/
pianists, but JLL
and Liberace were
the two greatest &
most talented of them all.
Personally, I
got much more
out of JLL, but
Liberace was also
a genius and has
his fans too. Fair
enough?
