I don't understand how the KEXP studio can sound so good every time. Insane props to their sound engineers

I am 150 years old and this is the greatest song I've heard since I was a hippie in the 70s

Always get hooked on musicians who look dead inside all while delivering godlike banger.

The way she dances when playing bass really does something for me

Khruangbin: a man on guitar. A woman on bass. And Father Time.

From what I hear, metronomes are calibrated to this drummer's rhythm.

"Your guitar are the vocals to this band" - really well said, Cheryl

I drive an Uber in DC and I play two of your albums on repeat I've lost count of the people that asked me" Who is this band?"

Legend has it that the drummer's star ship lost its course in the nether reaches of outer space. The drummer's mental metronome within his head kept beat with the stars at the center of galaxies until he found that he could communicate with them. Over the span of 6 millennia he taught them the essence of rhythm and synced their pulsing to his will. He left tiny pieces of his mind scattered throughout the universe which eventually became the pulsars we know of today.
