But few points are missing. Troops were employed in the streets of calcutta after three day of massacre by Muslim League, when the supporters of Muslim Leage began to get reverse attacks by Gwalas of Bengal under the leadership of Gopal Patha.
Gopal patha played a leading role to save Hindus during Direct Action Day in Bengal.

Majority of Muslims in those 87% seats wanted Pakistan, but when it was formed they didn't go there. It's a sad reality. Only those who didn't vote for Pakistan should have stayed and those who genuinely treated hindus as their brothers. only those who hated jinnah and suhrawardy.
