🌙Hellou, Zorya here ~ My life has been a complete mess and I decided to stop uploading videos for a couple of months. I think I am going to change my channel’s content, unfortunately it is really difficult for me to record and edit asmr videos *more because I’m a bit of a perfectionist hehe* but I will still upload asmr videos every now and then c:

๑ I started studying russian about 2 years ago. Russian was the first language that I started studying on my own, so it was a long road for me to reach a certain level where I felt comfortable. I hope I can give you useful tips and you can learn from my mistakes.

🌾Enjoy the video.

Ive been studying myself for a year and a half. And i aspire to start learning in this kind of model. Worksheets handwriting and my own notebooks. Ive been using Duolingo, mock conversations. Light practice with natives. And ive only recently bought a bunch of books. Penguins beginner course. 2000 most common words in context. A dictionary and grammar book. And many more. With these i think im on the right track. I can read and speak quite well so far. Writing is something that needs work. I can jokingly write in true russian cursive. But i cannot read it after the fact 💀 Keep up the good work your rocking it!

At first, I really struggled with learning Vietnamese. But once I downloaded Immersive Translate, that was when it all changed. After I started using Immersive Translate to translate all my Youtube and Netflix, Vietnamese suddenly started to make sense to me. I’ve been making more and more progress each day, and couldn’t be happier with the plugin.

This notebook looks super cool! I can imagine how much time and effort went into making it. Also, I was amazed by the number of grammar rules you studied and put there.
You did not speak much in Russian in the video, but from a couple of phrases that I heard, you have a good pronunciation. Keep up the great work!
I would suggest speaking more in Russian (to yourself or with another person) and see how all these new vocabulary words and various grammar rules sound and how they are used in the oral communication. This approach works for me when learning foreign languages, because it looks like speaking triggers some processes and connections in the brain that are not active when you passively listen or read in the foreign language. So for example, when it comes to choosing a language learning app, I tend to pick the ones that have some kind of pronunciation functionality built-in. I think you did not mention language learning apps in the video. What's your opinion on them? Do you use any? You also said that you don't have Russian-speaking friends to talk to. I am not a language teacher, but we could chat and I can try to answer questions about Russian language if you have any, or give feedback on your speech correctness or pronunciation.
In any case, желаю успехов в дальнейшем изучении русского языка! :)

Подруга из Китая, изучающая русский язык говорила, что ей очень помогло прослушивание стихов. Небольшой формат ю, мелодичность, рифма всё это помогло именно в улучшении произношения. Мне сложно судить, русский язык мой родной, но понимаю, что он действительно сложен в изучении. Удачи вам

You are so cute, thank you for your advices. I'm not learning russian but romanian and it's been also difficult because there isn't many content and grammar books but as long as you enjoy the learning process everything's great, keep on going. Greetings from Mexico! :)
