You look like you're doing what we used to call in advertising sales a trade-out. You give them free advertising and they give you a free or heavily discounted rate to stay there. Today's social media has people selling anything to get what they want.
Your constant sales pitch for the iced coffee product reminds me of the woman in the movie Truman. Right in the middle of a sentence she picks up a product and starts sounding like a commercial. LOL. Just my opinion, but your sales pitch comes off as a bit fake. You might love it, but it sounds too scripted.
