I have it since 4th grade. My heart started pounding as soon as i saw the 1st pic . I have hydrophobia too which makes it worse for me, but i overcame extreme fear of it by training my self mentally by facing these fears . Im much better now

Fun fact: The third photo is not a hole that goes deep into the ocean, it’s just a specific spot of the ocean where a mineral ( I forgot which ) was compacted together many times and it made the water look different. I hope this helped you feel less uneasy and uncomfortable when seeing that photo
