Does it allow pets though? that outside space looks like a place where a pet can run around or chillax.
edit: can you really do bbq ? the neighbors upstairs would probably complain?

For a condo, little bit expensive. For 4 bedrooms home, should have 2 toilets.

I do find Japanese 'brand new' bathrooms completely outdated looking.... It's not even minimalist, it just looks like something from the 70/80's...

Too expensive. There was earlier a video about vacation home listed for smth like $550, 000. And it was much better compared to this $380k
