Late at night in the bush north of Eltham, we see a number of X'trapolis suburban trains heading to and from Hurstbridge. This is three views all taken on the 40km/h curve just before the long straight towards Allendale Road. If you look carefully up in the trees at 02:00 there are a number of cockatoos or corellas visible roosting! All trains run with high beam headlights lit beyond Eltham, both night and day. For the photography people - this was shot on a 5D Mk III at 1/30th, f2.8 and ISO 256,000. It's pretty amazing what you can see, including parts of the sky and a couple of stars. This was taken during Stage 4 Coronavirus lockdown, on the first night after the curfew had been lifted - 28th of September 2020.

Unique scenes, yet everyday that no one films. As time goes on these will be even more appreciated. Thanks.
