Elasticity is unironically the best super power. You have the more basic, obvious abilities like having way more range in a fistfight, being able to fit in really small spaces, or being able to glide/fly. But, if there’s no limit to how much you can stretch, there’s way more cool and useful things you could do. You could basically teleport by stretching your finger to wherever you wanted, and then pull the rest of yourself to your finger. You could also create a black hole by condensing yourself enough. If you think about it more, you could probably come up with hundreds of unique and interesting abilities this power would give you.

Animal control: Really overpowered when you think about it, Win any type of animal competition, no fear of wild life predators, sic animals on people you don't like. You kinda become a god almost.

Think about all the pain for real life use, everything you hit flying would kill you or just your skin being ripped from flying like spraying yourself with and air hose. Remember it's just flight not invulnerability. Same for shape shifting, your body and bones would rip apart and deform to make this shape, imagine the pain.
