I wish all debates of this nature were like this. They just seemed like two completely ordinary folk at a Starbucks having a conversation. Not name calling, insulting, calling the other delusional (I have seen people on BOTH sides do this), but literally exchanging contrasting ideas yet respecting one another. Makes me never want to read a YouTube comment's thread on the matter ever again (even though here I am writing this out in of all things a YouTube comment lol).

John should have simply asked Richard to prove that evolution occurred. Because if he could do that, God disappears into the sunset.

I fimd this debate funny since Dawkins answers the question himself when he says he’s open to an intelligent creator but it can’t be personal.

Atheists need to find a better champion than Dawkins. Every debate I've watched with him, his opinion is condensed down to: "There is no God, and I'm MAD at him!"

The only thing science is capable of burying, is itself. The cheek of trying to put God under a microscope, and the demand that he prove himself to sceptics and non-believers is astounding.
