It's hard when someone expects something from us that we cannot naturally give (like being quickly and easily transparent). I live with a Commander personality and she looks at sharing of personal information as a "quid pro quo" type exchange and I don't work like that. Coupled with our inherent personality differences, it's been VERY difficult to find common ground.
