The one that really impressed me was the GPS and how you can tell it to do different things. In FH2 it was kinda awkward but now it feels like a part of the game.

Characters and custom names was my new favorite feature. I get to pick a black guy, YES! I was a little offended to see they gave the generic white guy in the last one and no female characters. I like that girls are in the game now too
