The piano, chaotic guitar, drum, dark church organ piano, opera/choir, distorted violin, the death metal esque screams of agony (him and his victims), the broken record beginning (his glitchy memories) etc, they all encapsulate shigaraki perfectly, a combination of indulging in pure chaos, utter destruction and a distorted crumbling horizon of boundless freedom after liberating from the shackles of his past and the weight of his heart but also with a blend of anger, hatred, pain and fear like the symbol he represents.
This has every potential to become a classic and as iconic as his master's themes.

Additional detail, If you haven't noticed yet, let's say you say run is about deku like yuki hayashi aka the composer said on twitter, then technically this is another "evil" you say run besides the "what to inherit" ost from season 5 first cour. This might not have instruments that are reminiscent of you say run like "what to inherit", but unlike that this ost here from the beginning to the end especially this part 1:17-2:08 basically has almost the same exact structure as you say run's transition from the violin solo part to the end of its chorus/climax. But aside from the middle pre beat drop build up and the chorus, for example the beginning and the conclusion which repeats the beginning part of the song, both parts resemble you say run's structure as a whole as well

At first I thought this would follow his master's footsteps of melody/rhythm or be a remix of his original themes when I first saw the leaked title of this ost only for it to turn out that it follows you say run's structure instead, it truly mirrors the mc's ost and other aspects, as expected from his what he could've been archenemy. The fact that it isn't a remix also symbolizes shigaraki's pursuit of becoming a different symbol than AFO, just like deku or even endeavor. "I don't want to be like you, I want to be... greater than you"
