Anime Is Breaking World Records Right Now!

First it was Dandadan, with it’s first episode getting over a 9/10 and then episode 7 that had us all cuddling our blankets weeping our hearts out at Acrobatic Silky’s origin story that turned her into the monster we see getting an outrageous 9.8/10 the highest we’ve ever had.

But wait, there’s more you say? That’s right lads, Bleach’s Thousand Year Blood War, season 3 episode 9 where we see Shunsui’’s Bankai just matched that rating by having the highest rated bleach episode in existence.

The best part is? This episode did actually have a 9.9 out of 10, meaning it beat Dandadan and would be the highest rated anime episode in the world, but as the internet goes people like hate and a small percent of users rated it a 1 out of 10 bringing it down.

And interestingly, all episodes of anime rated a 9.8 have been action shounen, we’ve got demon slayers season 4 finale, Dandadan Episode 7 and now Bleach’s Shunsui’s bankai.

If I were to rate them myself, I'd say Demon Slayer’s finale left me speechless like the other 2 didn’t, where Shunsui’s bankai was more a “ohh finally” moment and Dandadan was just sad.

I hate how so many people in the comments are hypocrites and blame other anime fandoms for downvoting other animes. Does it happen? Yes. Does that mean you should downvote other anime fandoms by blaming them based on a minority? No. They are downvoting other animes in a way, when they are complaining that the other fandom is doing the downvoting. A very small minority of anime fans are toxic. Most people who watch anime don’t talk about it online for this reason, they don’t want to be associated with “the online people” who are supposedly all toxic. The toxic vocal minority needs to chill out for the benefit of all anime fans.
