1962 Morris minor with some slight improvements for today's traffic

I love this car.
It's a 1962 Morris minor with a 1275cc mg midget engine, servo assisted brakes, electronic ignition, alternator conversion and H4 halogen headlamps.
All welding professionally done last year and properly waxoiled throughout.
New brake pipes, suspension struts, rear springs etc.
Interior very well finished with reclining seats with headrests.
Front seatbelts also fitted

Doing the lowlight conversion makes them look so good! I think I should do that to my Traveller, it just makes them look so much better and the lines are so clean!

Lovely car, nice bodywork and lots of useful mods. I had the same model in the 70s but in standard trim.

The other alternative is to fit the brakes from the Riley 1.5 which also give excellent stopping power.

i have put the 3 back lights on instead of cluster bottom red break light middle white lights, top blinker looks much better going to change front to sep lights in stead of cluster

Hi you changed the engine, what about the gearbox what did you have to do

Air box isnt connected to the engine, it's just swivelled round to suck in warm air above the manifold in the winter.
In the summer, spin it back for cold air.
Genius simple engineering 😂😂😂

Idont know why you had to put a power brake booster on it when the brakes are normally very good & stop on a sixpence?! I know that my Morris 1000 did everytime!
