They were made to stop users from watching disturbing and inappropriate content. But now they stop us from watching regular content and sometimes even stopping us from commenting on some of the appropriate content as well. Thanks a lot! It turns out my YouTube was on Restricted Mode automatically (and was Undisable-able) when I was connected via my Cellular Internet Data network thing. For anyone if you face a similar issue, check your network provider for any possible restrictions.
