Thanks Shay! Oh my....poor Ryan and poor you! Colonoscopies are not for the faint of heart. The procedure itself is a breeze but the prep is usually the worst. I am so glad all the results so far or good and that Ryan doesn't really remember all the bad stuff...LOL. Have a great rest of your week!

I’ve finally decided in to spend the time on working on myself and am finally going to consult with a chiropractor to help work through injuries and pain that has been really slowing me down.

I’m glad that he is feeling better. Next year I have to have that same procedure done as well. Colon Cancer runs in my family. I did do the colo guard test and it came back negative. I have a diamond painting Summer Storm by that same artist. Have not started it yet. Love all your videos.

I actually don’t remember you working on that diamond painting last year, but so proud of you that your working on a landscape! 😉😉. It’s looking soooo good! You had me cracking up with your story of Ryan, especially when it came to the pants on the head! It’s good on both counts, that I assume he doesn’t remember that time frame and that you are close. I’ve had 3 of those procedures through the years, the first one, not being as modern as today’s procedures with anesthesia. 🥴 The day before is the worst part. I never had any of the after effects with the drugs, iv issues or cleaning issues, went very smoothly. I think I’m suppose to have my normal checkup in about 3 more years. Hopefully you can find out what his issue is. My first thought, was that he was going to be just like his dad, couldn’t handle gluten.
