First Inspection of a Nuc after transfer | Cora's first hive [Beekeeping for Kids and Beginners]

This video will show you how to inspect a hive after transferring from a nuc. Follow along with Cora (age 10) as she learns how to check for the presence of a queen, and how to identify things like brood, honey cells, nectar, and larvae!

Inspecting your nuc isn't a scary thing at all, so don't be afraid to get in there and discover what your bees have been up to! This is Cora's first hive, and she could'n't be more excited. If you're a kid like Cora, or an adult beginner, we'll help you learn how to inspect a nuc.

I came across your channel as a newbee and I am gearing up for my very first year. I am beyond excited to start and am trying to gather up as much information as I can before my bees arrive.
