I got hit by a car at work and broke my knee. Morgan and Morgan called me to initiate information collection. Then the next day, the called me twice to initiate information collection. The next day they called me to initiate information collection. The day after that they called me to initiate information collection. This went on for almost two weeks of daily calls where I would be asked the exact same information.
Eventually I had to ask them to stop calling. But they didn’t. I asked them repeatedly and was only taken off when I actually screamed at one of the callers.
