My fave poem when I was in the elementary school however we didn’t speak English in the (Philippine)island coastal y rural area, that was in the early🎉sixties btw I adore this great artist until today( I got his LP vinyl in the seventies); my father sings kinda like him who also studied voice❤🎉

He was quite a heartthrob my mother often had his records playing, and sometimes she sang a duet with him.

He was a favorite singer of my friend Sharon's mother. He had a heck of a voice and range.

I have been familiar with this poem since I was in school 70 years ago but had never heard it sung. What a beautiful experience!!
