Fudge Caramel Brownies
Brownie Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup powdered allulose
3 eggs
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup Choczero dark chocolate chips (discount code: lowcarblove)
Pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans (½ inside and ⅓ for topping)

Caramel Sauce:
¼ cup butter
1 cup sweetener ( powdered allulose)
½ cup heavy cream

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Add all Brownie ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Combine caramel ingredients together and set aside.
Spray your pan with oil spray of choice or butter.
Add your batter into the pan then place globs of Caramel onto batter and bake: 6x8: 15-20 mins on convection OR 25-30 mins regular setting 8x8: 12-16 mins on convection OR 22-26 regular setting

So I made this recipe today, and oh my God!!!! This is the most delicious brownies I’ve ever had!!! 100 times better than store-bought brownies. These look wonderful. A hint for the parchment paper is to wet it and wring the water out well before putting it in the pan. It will better conform to your pan.

If you wet the parchment paper you can mold it and it stays put. Just shake off excess water first. 🙏 This looks delicious. Will definitely give it a try. 🙏

I take my parchment paper and scrunch it up and wet it completely, squeezing the water out and it fits just fine. 😊

I recently used one of those air fryer parchment squares to put my keto fudge ( just melted sf choc chips & peanut butter) in instead of dealing with the aggravation of cutting or squishing the paper in the pan. It worked great! I didn’t even use a pan at all for that. Just spread it in and the sides stayed up. I bet they would work for baking the brownies. Just put in the 8x8 pan and put in the batter. I can’t wait to make this! I love your caramel sauce btw. Thanks!

These look amazing but I'm scared to try any other Choc Zero products. I made your peanut butter, 2 ingredients cookies with CZ maple syrup and they were so simple and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately it gave me the blues. My stomach cramped so badly it was almost unbearable. A few months later I tried it again (I'm a glutton for punishment.😅) and the same thing happened. I think I'll try it with Lilly chips.
