I've tried to contact Smashwords in multiple areas on multiple occasions without any resolution. I have an old "book" or booklet I've published on smashwords with an old email account that don't remember, nor have access too. Any way to remedy this?

Just know that your baby and legacy IS NOT in good hands at all! They'll continue to do this. Don't expect things like this, complaints like this to stop anytime soon!
I hated your meatgrinder, it was preventing a lot of authors from submitting to your site But atleast you were always fair and was never a heartless dictator like D2D has always been!
