How JD Vance's comments about women may impact voter support

For days, Democrats have been hammering Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance for policy positions and statements he's made about women, in part due to a 2021 clip about "childless cat ladies" that has since gone viral. Amanda Hunter, gender and politics expert for the nonpartisan project Gender on the Ballot, joins "America Decides" to look deeper into what Vance has said about his views on gender.

I am very disappointed in JD Vance for VP . I always love and respect those men and women who served in military for our country. Thank you for your service. I am very hurt by this comment because I am a single woman over 50 never married no kids. I work 7 days a week to support myself barely time off since 18. I married my work a dedicated hairdresser. Thankfully I love what I do. Makes very little time for not much else. This is a very unfair disgusting comment. Has no remorse. Need to apologize to us. He won't. Real bigot.
