I've been using Pipedrive for 5+ years. I want to discuss your comments about modules at about 3:15. Pipedrive is highly customizable. Users create their own Pipelines - the steps or stages in the sales process. There's no limit to the number of Pipelines you may create. For example, I work for an office furniture company. I have Pipelines for: wholesale; retail sales; furniture rentals; office liquidations; purchasing; service (moving, storage, reconfiguration, etc.); and charitable donations. One of the many features of Pipedrive that I admire is the ability to customize the CRM. If you consider all the features that come with the program, it is a great value. I highly recommend Pipedrive.
