INDIAN RINGNECK PARROT DIET | Healthy, Toxic & Unhealthy Food list

This video is all about safe and healthy foods that can be incorporated in your Ringneck parrots diet.

These foods can also be given to most other parrots such as Alexandrine parrots as well. I've also included toxic and unhealthy foods in this list as well.

Vegetables should be a huge part of your ringneck parrots diet as well as some fruits, nuts, and seeds. Variety is the key to keep your parrot living a long and healthy life. Always do your research on any foods that you are not familiar with before feeding it to your bird.
