Because of this song, I borrowed 5 rupees from someone on the plea that I needed for some urgent work way back in 1981 and went to theater to watch Dostana. Coincidentally, his son also watched the same film. Matter ultimately went upto my mother and thereafter I got good beating from mama and mother for skipping the classes. I was good in study but this song really forced me to do like that, believe me I still like this song with same passion and do listen quite often. Thanks Rafi sahab, your voice is unparalleled.
