This is a core value of mine and it's allowed me to build better relationships with everyone i meet.

I always try to be abundant with my energy and positive vibes and I know the power this has on others to feel great and want to reciprocate good energy.

My brother just got 2k worth of repairs done on his boat for 600 only because he complimented the shop owners hair, which made his day. Apparently the guy had spent 30k to get a treatment and this was one of the first times someone said something. Sharing the energy really goes a long way sometimes!

I once returned the question when a waiter asked me how I was. He said he'd been on shift for an hour and I was the first person to treat him like a human, and then he gave me free dessert. It's always worth it to be generous with your energy - people like people!

Look at your motives for treating people with kindness: try doing it to people who are not in a position to necessarily give you something. Start with the office cleaner, the hotel staff, the homeless person on the street. Do it just to make someone feel good or simply acknowledge their existence.

This is so true. My husband is that guy. He's so great at sharing his positive energy with people around him. One day, we were on vacation, and we bought strawberries and a box of tea. While waiting for the owners to prepare the strawberries, my husband asked them the history of this shop, etc. The owners looked so happy to answer all of his questions. Guess what we got after that? They gave us an extra lot of strawberries ready to eat 😂❤

I am genuinely myself at this point in my life, and that me is a very happy person, always smiling, and I love helping people with the little things. I'm aware of it at this point and now I often experience people reacting to my presence, mostly in a good way. Some people react negatively to my openness, but I think it's that they don't think I genuinely can be that positive. I love when my smile or energy makes someone else smile, especially when it's strangers. Spread that love, unconditionally 🥰❤
