A child sex abuse survivor tells his story of why he left Jehovah's Witnesses

Seth R. is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. In his early twenties, he became a JW and the relative who sexually abused him as a child also became a JW in part to be able to target Seth's children and perhaps other children in the JW congregation for sexual exploitation . Seth tells his story of how and why he finally left the JW religion and found peace and healing in Jesus.

I was in 40 years but I would never shun my child. This was first memorial that my child saw me miss, she got an invite she suggested I go with her. I said was done with WT! She was shocked! So old Cong must be but I seen as wicked old Apostate, so they have cut me off! I shunned I don't care as don't miss them, nothing much to miss. I was not their sort, not a brain-dead Govbot!!
