Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Budget Room Review

I just watched a 26 minute review of a budget hotel room. 5 minutes of which included Hypa playing with a trash can.

Get in there, mate! I have a little "secret" protocol that I use whenever I stay in a hotel that's three stories were taller: I very politely speak to the person at the front desk when I'm checking in and ask him or her, "Hey, is there any possibility you might have a room that's on a higher floor? If there's anything available, I like to be as high up, yet if possible, not to close to the elevator." "I just like to be high up when I stay in a hotel" ... something along that line. I almost always get something higher up than I normally would have if I hadn't asked. Sometimes just two or three floors higher can make a big difference in the view!

Hmmm.. I think in the states, if there is a problem like a leak such as you had in your room and they upgraded you to a better room, one is usually allowed to retain that better room for the remainder of their stay (that's called good customer service and will help them has regards reviews which are also important these days with social media). I would think if somebody were staying like 10 days there may be a compromise – they may let the person's day half that time in the new room and then respectfully ask them about moving back to a standard room. I think it's odd if you were just there for a few days that they would immediately moving back to a standard room after only one night in the upgraded room. Just saying.


That all said, the standard room is not too bad and if you felt you got your money's worth, probably no harm done. THAT said, if you're running a business like relatively fancy/major hotel In a major city ( with some rooms going into the four figures) social media in mind &, customer service, going that little extra mile can really mean a lot; I think it would've been the smart move to let you stay in that other room.

A little disappointing they'd downgrade your room after inconveniencing you Hypa-- that should call for an another upgrade. And although I've never had to use them myself, I think the little bags near the loo are meant for women.

The little bags in the bathroom are for putting woman's hygienic items in before throwing them away.

Nice video Hypa, glad you enjoyed your trip. Seeing more sites is a good idea it might mean you save more money for that rather than massive gambling sessions and booze, but ultimately whatever you decided for this channels future i'm sure alot of us will be along for the ride !

The bags are for sanitary towels and tampons as they block the loo.... I'd also request a cleaner for the shit smear on the loo seat lol.. Not a bad room tho hypes 👍. Have a great holiday

Hey Hypa! If you have the time you should visit Breda as well, it has a beautiful Holland Casino situated in an old nunnery, and the tiny but authentic citycenter is very closeby. I'm a little biased but I think you might enjoy it! :-) Keep the vids coming!

You know if you didn't lose so much gambling you wouldn't of had to go for the cheapest option.
